May Update for RFC 2014
Cancellations. Please let us know if you are no longer planning to attend. In addition to the over 700 people who plan to attend, we also have a waiting of over 100 who can get seats if there are cancellations. Please email the conference director immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of your cancellation.
Meals & Payment. Based upon those who have chosen the lunch option Friday (Aug 1), we have ordered 500 Chick-fil-A meals, that will be catered onsite by Chick-fil-A. For those who have signed up, we are asking for $5 per meal. There will be a payment box at registration and in the food line. The payment is CASH ONLY and is on the honor system. In addition to paying for your meals, we kindly ask for a donation to help defray the expenses of the conference given that registration is FREE. Conference donations will go to the two sponsors – SermonAudio and the Free Presbyterian Church of Indianapolis.
In addition to the Friday lunch, the Creation Museum is also offering conference guests a Cookout Dinner in the Pavilion at 5 pm on Friday (Aug 2). This would include hamburgers, hotdogs, brats, potato salad, slaw, etc. Payment for the dinner would be at the cookout itself. In order to gauge interest in this idea, we are asking that you email the conference director by June 15 if you are interested: email@example.com.
